i think there's no hope for math, i havent touch a single chapter except integration. this topic supposedly to be j1's work but then, i din pay attention in tutorials. so dunno wat this chp is talking abt.

but then on the last dae of sch, mdm lim asked me to stay back and forced me to master this chp within 2 hrs. so am i great?? haha.. anyway, integration alone wont able me to pass my math CT.

i wonder is it me, or is it a normal phemoneon.

i really really wanted to study ever since i finished my nationals.
but everytime i really settle myself down,
i don't know where to start mugging.

so i'll take out the bio lecture notes.
and i'll flip thru the index,
wondering what chapter should i read today.
after much consideration, i finally took my stand!
and i put back the bio notes back into the shelf,
very confident that biology will bore me before i even start read the first page.

so i took out my maths.
and i realised i forgot everything about probability.
tried the first question.
attempt one - failed.
attempt two - failed too.
so did attempt three.
how stupid jiamin can get, right?

so the frustrated me decided on chemistry.
i set maths aside and i mugged on chem.
reading the notes isn't much of a breeze but still manageable.
happily after reading the chapter,
i opened the chem tys and try the first question on the chapter i just read.
WA LAU.

Poor me is down with high fever and sore throat from yesterday..my nose is also exploding from the blowing out of the mucus...yucks...Still feeling very terrible now...Who say I'm enjoying my hols???haha...still one big pile of SPA scripts waiting for me to mark...shucks....the word SPA makes me feel giddy again...

chem tutorial was interesting, interesting in the fact abt mr tan's GIRLFRENS. yes, it ended with a S. cant imagine right? i think he's still very old fashion leh. he said one cannot start a serious relationship until he/she reaches 25 yr old. then before 25 yr old can play play arh?? pls lor, some ppl alr 40++ yr old still can act very immature. well, it depends. only tat person knows whether he/she's ready for relationship. wah...mr tan got ang moh girlfren b4, hmm...not bad not bad. he's very playboy when he was young hor. haha..

has anyone of u attended mr lim's consulation session?? xiaoai and i kanna by him todae arh...sianz! i thought his consultation session was very short, god knows that he could just talk and talk for 2 periods. he was abit like a clown when he was talking. i was trying very hard not to laugh but bo bian, he's simply too funny. mr lim told us to give him 10 min break to get a drink. and i din know tat he went canteen buy mashed potato and eat it outside the staffroom!! xiaoai and i havent tk lunch leh. our stomach growling like mad while he was enjoying his mashed potato in front of us, like havent eaten for 1 wk. so teachers are allowed to eat outside canteen and break sch rules arh? anyway, it was a stoning session for me. i was thinking abt food thru out the session, cant be helped lah...too hungry alr. in case anyone of u going to attend his consultation, gd luck!! however, he called me and xiaoai to see him for another round of consultation tmr leh!! arghh...

hey gals, thanks for being there with me when i was trying out the standing broad jump during the pe lesson todae. after much unsuccessful tries, u all were still there to support me. come to think of it, u all were very funny. can think all sort of weird ideas trying to make me jump more than174cm; jump frm the bk to the front , jump frm 174cm mark to the 0cm mark, 2 persons standing at the 174cm mark for me to grab them, tk out shoes etc.

hope my legs can carry me to 174cm on wed! and gd luck for the bio pop quiz tmr.

Hey everyone!!! It has been a super long time since I've updated my blog n an even longer time since I logged into my blogger account. Blogspot realli changed alot since my last entry for my blogspot blog. Much betta la....

Juz had our final bio spa. So sad calculations totally wrong. But nvm cos wad has been done cannot be undone - it's no use dwelling on such sad things when u noe dat it can't b corrected o changed. ^0^ Juz gotta work hard for de nxt upcoming chem spa. Gambatte everyone worX....

Even thou' we weren't able to get first place for dragonboat, I tink dat everyone certainly enjoyed da two practice sessions we had. Rmb ppl, dat we were indeed at a great disadvantage, seeing as to we had onli 3 guys as compared to over 10 guys from de other classes. So, I'm juz gotta say : Xin ku ni men le.......

I'm currently in da sch lib bloggin' coz my home's internet explorer is currently unusable. So, coz da time has come for me to return da PC, I'll come in to blog another time.

actually we did not lose afterall. we became much bonded after each practice, this is not wat a stupid medal could be easily replaced. all the sunburnt and practices under the blazing sun were not gone down the drain. it had been exchanged for an unity of our class. haha...i like the part when all our hands were put together and shouted,"04, go!" so nice..esp when we did it in our oversized class tee. and the part tat we hugged each other when we knew we got into the 2nd position of the race.

looks like we are much fated to be in the 4 th position, who asked us to be in 04S04. but i like it. love u guys!! :)

oh yar, i changed my blogskin. got an urge to change the class's one too.

i like wat amanda rebuked to mdm lim yesterdae. "cher, dont act cute!" haha...mdm lim even sa jiao when liyan asked qns tat had gone thru afew min ago. she really made my hair stands!!

we tried 12 X 100m again todae after the GP lesson. i got very annoyed by wat mr lim said. we told him we were going to run and he ans," y dont u all use the time to do the vocab bk?" very pissed off when jen and i heard this. his class hates him. he deserve it!

yeah! we improved todae!! haha...but there's room for MORE improvement. must pass baton properly...we are very weak in this segment.

well, feel that the class very united. hmm...how to put it?? like those who are not running, they came down to the stadium though it was very very hot at tat time. 1pm in the afternoon leh!! daijing, vivien and a few of them were the timekeepers. some even took out a calculator to calculate the individuals' timing. very appreciate for their hardwrk. not forgetting those who are running, thanks for the efforts and the time. hey, push ourselves to the limits k?

to someone, i know u wan to run rite. dont give up ur place jus becos u think u can b substituted with a better runner. give ur best! tat's most impt.

i read in sarah's blog tat this yr is not a yr for rabbits. but there's one thing i can be very sure of. this yr is DEFINITELY a yr for 04S04. Cos we are going to win! haha...

friday has finally come! been quite a terrible week for me...been having headache becos of the weather....it's real hot and stuffy in the labs! finally this weekend is a looong one....

but exams determine your life.

intially, i thought this sounds quite true.
but i think, exams are not the main factor to determining life.
choice is.

we all got choices, don't we.
it's really up to each individual whether you want to take the path or not.

i guess we all made one.
one choice.
and that's to try to get a medal for 12 x 100m

i won't say it's a sure win.
we got strong competitors.
but again, we're not that bad either. (:

i know we have been trying very hard.
practicising the runs over and over again under that scorching sun.
but whether we will get a medal isn't that important.
if you realise, it's the process.
the process that binds everyone together.
that's, to me, the most crucial part.

so jia you everyone.
let's try to cut down on each individual timing by 1 sec,
only 1 sec.
will make a huge difference of shortening our running time by 12 secs.

it was fun to run 12 x 100m with the class gals todae. nicole was so enthu to the extent tat she ran with her uniform on. actually, the gals run very fast, but the problem lies on the passing of baton and starting to jog when the baton is coming to u. well, it isnt easy to get into the finals. hope we can make the best out of it. this sundae having another dragonboating session. our aim is to get the second last, not last ok? last yr dragonboating was horrible...1st frm the bk.

beauty world musical was really brilliant...still kit kat leh. anyway, i think we really acted well on thur GP lesson. do we deserve an oscar award? mr reynolds sat in our class to observe mr lim. frm wat i heard, mr reynolds received alot of complains abt mr lim's teacings. im not surprised abt tat. mr lim was really really anxious on thurs, he even ask mr tan to give him 5 mins frm the chem tutorial to prepare himself and our class. he kept looking outside to see whether mr reynolds had arrived.

mr lim was very different frm his normal teachings which left mr reynolds a positive impression. and mr reynolds said he like our class... almost or all teachers come in like our class so much. tat's becos we are 04S04 mar..haha. mr lim cancelled the gp lessons for S13 after our gp lesson! he told the class," i feel generous enough to cancel the gp lesson todae." he shld cancel our 2 periods of GP since we have helped him. i was so shocked when i heard this. wait till our class tell mr reynolds the truth, mr lim can prepare to pack up and go bk to his previous tampines sec.

tmr got dragon boat training, enjoy and have fun!

nicole, i dun quite agree with a sentence in ur poem,"but no one listens". hey hey, i got listen very attentively during bio prac lesson ok! im a gd girl hor.

todae got back math test. glad to know tat our class is the best among the classes tat mdm lim taught. now she wants to give difficult math qns to our class but not the others . i also dunno issit gd or bad news for us...so ppl jia you! for chem, i rmb tat our class is 2nd best among mr tan's classes. the one in front of us is S24. must study hard to beat them down, beat them till their pants drop!!

ms chua, im always very nice to ppl one, and of course include u lah. btw, we all very active one. like a few wks ago, our class gals came in 2nd for for 12 x 100m relay. is really 2nd frm the top leh not bottom and im the last runner, yeah!...we came in 2nd last for the 4 x 400m relay. but nvm, cos we beat 04S01 gals!!! thanks jiamin! she's really a pro runner. sometimes it's the process tat counts, not the results tat matters. liyan told me this quote to encourage me...so sweet rite. class, rmb this quote ok? anyway for the sea carnival, besides the class 24 man dragon boat event, some of us are joining some other events. there are rafting( heard tat i will be the one to stand since im not tat tall), kayaking and mini dragon boat. ms chua, u must come and support us. actually im very scared, i dun want to fall into the dirty water!!

actually i was quite disappointed that no1 wants to join okay.
in the end, we came in the second last.

and i am so proud. hahahaha.

but the 4 of us can feel the sense of bond between us alr.
because of this race.

and the thing is, i am not only disppointed that no1 wants to volunteer,
but VERY irritated and PISSED,
when i heard of some very very negative comments during our run.
(which i SHALL NOT MENTION.)
but you people seriously have no right to judge others because tyou didn't even bothered to volunteer.
and next time , if you really need to criticise anyone,
PLEASE DO IT DISCREETLY.

finally gotten back our pw results. very happy to see everyone in the class passed. for those who are not satisfied with the grade, dun be too upset k? let this be a movtivation to study harder for A lvls. so wat if u achieve b1 for pw? it doesnt determine ur A lvl sub grades rite. A lvl subs are much much more impt. anyway, over is over. so dun think too much lah, u all must see a bigger picture.

todae in chemistry tutorial, mr tan seemed to be not very happy abt u all for not speaking loud enough. nxt time u all speak louder k? but u all repeated the ans many times...even i sat in the front also can hear. so i think not ur fault. nxt time mus remind mr tan to have his ears checked. mr lim let us off early jus becos we said we were hungry. and he said he was hungry too..hahaha. i think he dont do this to other class even his civics class. it's obvious tat he dont like his civics class, everytime say someone in his class very bad. can see tat he love to teach our class, simply love our class too much lah. but one thing, luckily he's not our CT. phew!

Some people did not get what they expected, I guess!

I was so hungry today my stomach was growling and Vivien heard. She kept laughing, Mr Lim asked why. I told him the truth and he let us off early. Thanks to me!!

well huili ah...u must rem that each teacher has his/her style of teaching right? maths is a subject tat needs thinking, really... no pt giving u the ans n u just copy...it's not like bio or chem where they are more content-based..so cool down man... :)

I'm really fortunate to have u pple as my civics class (hope this feeling continues...hahaha...just joking).
